Ask for Angela is a shorthand phrase that lets someone signal they need assistance quickly, quietly and without fuss. It works best when it’s visible, understood and used consistently, so that whenever someone asks, they receive the support they need.
If you need support, you can ask for “Angela” and trained staff will respond calmly and appropriately, taking your lead.
