5 essential steps to implement the Ask for Angela scheme
  1. Complete the free Setup Guide & Workbook and then train your staff to spot and support vulnerable people using the free Team Member workbook or one of our other training options.
  2. Make sure this training is included as part of your onboarding process and ongoing refresher training.
  3. Display posters and other materials promoting your participation, remembering that anyone can need help.
  4. Ensure the Staff Guidance poster is on display back-of-house as a reminder of the process to follow.
  5. If an incident occurs, complete the incident report form so you can monitor scheme effectiveness.
