Sometimes you can find yourself in a situation that isn’t safe or that makes you feel uncomfortable. In Ask for Angela places, you can discreetly ask for help from a member of staff.
This video explains how the scheme works:
We all do our best to stay safe when we’re out but sometimes we may need a little extra help.
In Ask for Angela venues, you can rest assured that if you use the shorthand phrase, or just ask for help, the team there are trained and ready to give you the help you need.
This might be reuniting you with a friend, calling you a taxi or helping you feel safe to stay.
