Molly Davis is the Head of Communications for the BII (British Institute of Innkeeping), working alongside BII CEO and Best Bar None Vice Chair, Steve Alton to take member’s voices directly to Government. She is also on the advisory board for Game Changers, a competitive socialising membership organisation and is a member of the PubAid steering committee.

Molly is passionate about the safety of women and girls, especially in the licensed trade environment, as well as championing education for everyone around women’s health issues in the workplace.
